Hey, not too sure if the issue is on my end but I was easily able to connect the server before and now I can not play the game at all for lack of connection at the beginning of the game
Oh no!!! I’m going to add an option to skip connection for the next update! Someone else had this problem. Right now it automatically connects to check for updates.
Heh, I had this. Skipped connection by hecking it. But let's wait when our developer release new update.
Yes, music is great.
I've got this funny bug. It happend when I after loosing went to main menu, disabled anti-aliasing and started the game. Maybe anti-aliasing doesn't matter.
I am not sure, but I think there was a bug in the shop, when I bought 2 times in diffirent rounds the plants scroll.
That’s the plant spell upgrade!! It makes them a little cheaper and you can spawn 4!
No, that the point that I bought the first plant scroll (2 plants only) 2 times.
Though, maybe I am really wrong, if spells upgrades are a bit random. Nvm it much though, should play it more.
haha, about that screenshot you posted, I did know that they do that sometimes, I just didn't think anyone would notice ;) thought I could patch it next time.
Clay, I must say, the music you've made for this game is absolutely charming! My favorite is the boss music ;)
If at any point you decide to release the soundtrack, just know that I would totally pay for it! Such stellar tracks.

Im trying to run your game as quickly as possible (currently a 6.37). That run I got was because I got lighting upgrade as the upgrade offered after flame. Most times I have played this, fire is followed up with shield upgrade. I was wondering if you could tell me the probability of getting what upgrades after what amount of time. Also, is the time only in battle time or is it the entire run through including idle time like running around the arena and buying upgrades?
wow! i just saw your score on the leaderboards!! that's crazy! you're better than I am haha. and to answer your questions:
1. time is only tracked during rounds.
2. spells appear in the order: plant, fire, rocket, shield - with a 10% chance that you'll be offered an upgrade spell instead.
the spells that have upgrades are lightning and the plant spell. you should do a speed run video!! :)
Just took it down again to even lower! I am really loving this game :) I will make a video of me trying to beat my PB. And thank you for that explanation, now I can reset the round quickly if I don't get the opening offers I want. (my new PB had an opening store of plant and lighting upgrade which is optimal for me)

oh wow. first off, really like the game's combat and hits the right amount of difficulty. your art though is amazing! looks like i was in a miniature arena made of paper. love the art direction you are going with. the sound was also funny to hear. can't wait to see more updates with the game and keep coming back to it. keep up the great work! my partner and i played this game together and it was a blast.
